Hey, I am Hal
I am a film director working across feature films, shorts, and commissioned projects. My work often circles around themes of solitude, rhythm, and perception, using cinema as a way to look at the world both intimately and from a distance. I am less interested in grand spectacle than in the small gestures and atmospheres that shape human experience.
Cinema for me is not about spectacle but about presence: silence, framing, and the subtle shifts that reveal emotion. Every project is an experiment in how little is needed to make something resonate.
